Greetings from Tachine

I am having trouble designing the Queen of Circadia, which is the hidden Thirteenth Kingdom of Planet Zodiac.

Criteria to be met
Circa should be Majestic and very regal. Her Favorite colors are Deep velvety grey and deep purple. The dress can be ANY style with ANY ammount of detail, can not be a reproduction of Queen Serenity's She must have long hair and muted turquoise eyes which is just turquoise with light blue mixed in her hair must be silvery gray. She needs a beaded neckalce made of large to medium stones. Her symbol is a circle with 12 rays surrounding it.
